We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once shipped.

Once your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered in transit and no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund requests due to change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or delayed tracking updates are not accepted after shipment.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
