Shipping policy

When you order from PISIF, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed and then shipped. Please note that we do not operate on weekends, which may cause delays.

In cases where products are in high demand, processing time may take longer than 3 business days. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment details or an incorrect shipping address, your order processing may be delayed.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered. This includes processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time (1–2 business days):
Time required to prepare your item(s) for shipment, including quality checks and packaging.

Shipping Time (7–12 business days):
Time required for your package to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

Please note that some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their systems. If tracking has not updated within 5 days of placing your order, contact us at support@pisif.com for assistance.


IMPORTANT NOTES

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you, which can cause delivery delays.


CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to update your shipping address.
Please email us at support@pisif.com if you need to make changes.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.

If you discover an address issue within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@pisif.com so we can assist you. After this period, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

To minimize shipping costs, we use one-way shipping services. If a package is returned to the sender, even if tracking shows “delivered to original sender,” it may be held at the shipping agency’s storage facility rather than returned to our warehouse.

Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Delivery attempts failed multiple times

  • The package was refused by the recipient

  • Delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer

  • The tracking status shows “delivered”, but the buyer claims the package was not received

For lost or missing packages approved for replacement, we will provide only the carrier information and tracking number so you can follow up directly with the shipping provider.


TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. PISIF is not responsible for reporting or paying these charges.

All orders placed on the PISIF Store are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and may be billed by the shipping carrier upon delivery, depending on local regulations.
